Several years ago my husband decided that after thirty-five years of living in our home we should move to a new home. I was not at all interested in leaving the home where I had raised my children and where most of the landscape had come from my mother’s yard. For two years I paid no attention to remodeling or decorating, both of which were necessary.
As though it were destined, I was introduced to Keeta Hammond who mentioned that she was an interior designer. That introduction led to the creation of a home that could easily be a candidate to appear in “House Beautiful” or “Home Design.”
Keeta very quickly divined my tastes in furniture, wall paper, kitchen tiles, granite counter tops, millwork, upholstery fabric, and more. She never pressured me into choosing her choices over mine but it became readily apparent that her choices were always perfect. She even designed a “Princess Room” for my granddaughters complete with a hand-made, two-tiered castle bed which has been a magical “girls room only.”
Her cadre of professionals delivered quality work, on time and within budget. In a word Keeta is a supreme designer and I cannot wait until my husband and I have another project in mind for her to tackle.
